Photography Patrol – Graduation Must Go On — Photo by Samuel E. Warren Jr. Nature and weather spent a day and a half delivering monsoon rainfall to the island of Leyte. Despite the flooding of rice fields and local rivers, local schools went forward with graduation exercises. Teachers, parents and students of Mohon Elementary in Tanauan, Leyte, Republic of the Philippines, waded through the water to complete their 57th Graduation Exercises and Recognition Day, Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
